This 45-minute virtual class blends gentle, mindful movement with guided stillness and breath awareness. Each sequence is designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and help you feel more at home in your body.
We welcome all yogi’s no matter where they are in their practice. Just an openness to explore and notice, — your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. Whether you’re leading, caring, creating, or constantly on the go, Awareness Flow helps you slow down so you can move forward with clarity and intention.

Even in a virtual space, connection matters. To honor the intention of awareness, each class is limited to 10 yogis. This allows for mindful pacing, space for personal attention, and a community feel—so you can feel supported and seen, no matter where you are practicing from.
